Terms and Conditions

  1. Ticket Validity and Entry
    1. Festival tickets are valid for entry from 12:00 noon until 22.30pm on the 13th July 2024
    2. The last entry to the festival ground is 6pm. No Re entry will be allowed.
    3. No tickets will be sold on the gate. No valid ticket, no entry. Please screenshot or print off your ticket ahead of the event.
    4. Pulse music festival may in some circumstances be required to change the music line up, no refunds will be issued.
    5. Only buy tickets from our trusted website. Beware of scammers reselling false tickets.
  2. Age Restrictions
    1. Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult and supervised by them at all times during the festival.
    2. A lost child point will be advertised at the First Aid point.
  3. Food and Beverage
    1. Catering outlets within the festival will offer a variety of food options and both hot and cold drinks.
    2. We operate a strict challenge 25 alcohol policy
    3. Attendees are not allowed to bring their own drinks in to the festival area with the exception of sealed plastic bottle of water.
    4. Caterers will accept card and cash, due to the weak internet signal on the park we recommend you plan ahead and bring cash.
  4. Glass Policy
    1. No glass is allowed onsite. Such items will be removed, subject to a bag check at the entrance.
    2. The only exception to this rule is when glass is used for medicinal purposes or is found in spectacles, sunglasses, or watch faces.
  5. Sharp Objects
    1. Any knives or other sharp objects are strictly prohibited and Such items will be removed, subject to a bag check at the entrance.
  6. Pets
    1. No pets are allowed within the festival area, except for registered assistance animals. If this is the case please contact us prior to the day
  7. Fires and BBQs
    1. Campfires and BBQs are not permitted on the festival grounds to ensure the safety of all attendees.
  8. Travel
    1. We are currently working with St Helens council on traffic management plans, these will be shared when available
    2. Sherdley park is situated close to Lea Green train station making the site easily accessible.
  9. Security
    1. Your safety is our paramount concern. Our security team will operate inside and outside of the ground to ensure everyones safety
    2. Security checks will take place at the entrance
    3. If you have any security concerns during the day please alert a member of our security team
    4. This is a family festival, any behaviour deemed unacceptable by our security team will result in removal from the event with no refund

These Terms and Conditions are in effect to ensure the safety, enjoyment, and well-being of all festival attendees. By attending PULSE music festival, you agree to abide by these terms. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund. Please contact us with any questions or concerns before the festival date.
